Good to Know
❝ There is no booking fee for any reservation made online.
❝ You’ll receive the keys to your rental unit no later than 5:00 p.m.; in the meantime, all of the campground’s facilities are available for your use.
❝ There is no inventory to complete upon arrival; please report any missing items or technical issues to the front desk as soon as possible.
❝ Check-out from your rental unit must take place by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you are checking out before 8:00 a.m., a key drop box is available outside the front desk.
❝ Our housekeeping staff will inspect the unit after your departure.
❝ The €300.00 security deposit will be released no later than 72 hours after your departure.
❝ The campground gates are closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
❝ Wi-Fi is free throughout the campground; the password is posted at the front desk.
❝ You’ll find special trash bags and a compost bin in your rental unit to help you sort your waste. Please drop them off at the recycling station across from the front desk.
❝ A basic cleaning kit is provided in the rental unit.
