• The “CAMP'FLEX” option allows you to modify, cancel, and receive a refund for your camping site reservation without providing a reason.
• The “CAMP'FLEX” option takes effect as soon as you receive confirmation of your stay at San Damiano Campground and ends at noon 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
• This option does not cover situations where the stay is cut short.
• You must submit any request either by email to service-client@campingsandamiano.com or by mail to Camping San Damiano - 1075, Lido de la Marana - 20620 Biguglia, by noon 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. No supporting documentation is required.
• The refund cannot exceed €3,000 per claim and per San Damiano campground customer account.
• The “CAMP’FLEX” option is non-refundable.
